degree, and finished his education at West Virginia University College of Law in 1996. In the
state, he is admitted to the Northern and Southern District Feder

degree, and finished his education at West Virginia University College of Law in 1996. In the
state, he is admitted to the Northern and Southern District Federal Courts and works in Cabell
and Wayne counties as Fiduciary Commissioner, and serves as assistant prosecuting attorney for Wayne County.
At Fredeking and Biser, he handles a wide variety of case types including car wrecks,
personal injury claims, wrongful death claims, insurance claims, estates, litigation against public
utility and energy companies, and more.

Lloyd “Donovan” Hale has been employed as a Paralegal with this firm since 1992. He graduated
from Wayne High School in 1986 . Mr. Hale attended Marshall University, where he graduated
with an Applied Science Degree in Paralegal Studies in 1992.
